Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form

A consumer within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (YAGI FASHION, E-mail: info@yagifashion.de

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
