  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your items for a refund within 30 days (free of charge) and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Credit or Debit Card: We will issue the refund instruction to your bank on the same day. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
    * PayPal: Your refund will be processed immediately through PayPal. You will receive a notification from PayPal as soon as the transaction is completed.
    * Bank Transfer: We will process the refund to your bank account on the same day the return is approved.

  • Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on your location:
    * Germany: 2–4 business days.
    * European Union (EU): 3–7 business days.
    * Norway & International: 5–10 business days.

  • Germany: Shipping is free for orders over €99.

    For orders below this amount, we charge a flat fee of €4.90.
    * European Union (EU): We charge a flat shipping rate of €12.90 for all EU deliveries.
